Casio Introduces G-SHOCK Black and White Collection Featuring Updated Designs

DOVER, N.J., September 30, 2024 (V SHADES) – Casio America, Inc. has unveiled the Black and White Collection of G-SHOCK watches, featuring five updated models with newly developed white dials.

The models in the collection include the GA2100WD-1A, GA700WD-1A, GA100WD-1A, GA110WD-1A, and DW6900WD-1. According to the company, these watches are known for their durability and style, combining signature G-SHOCK features like shock resistance, 200M water resistance, and LED backlighting with a fresh design. The white dials, created through a transparent vapor deposition process, provide a sharp contrast to the black exterior of the watches, giving them a distinctive and updated look.

Casio noted that the GA2100WD-1A, an updated version of the GA2100 series, is particularly popular due to its octagonal bezel and minimalist design. The GA700WD-1A and GA100WD-1A both feature analog-digital combinations, with the GA100 offering additional functions such as a millisecond stopwatch and speedometer. The GA110WD-1A, with its oversized dial and unique cog-shaped components, also showcases G-SHOCK’s focus on design, while the DW6900WD-1 updates the classic DW6900 series with a modern white dial.

Each model in the collection will be available for purchase starting October 1, 2024, at select retailers, on G-SHOCK’s official website, and at the G-SHOCK Soho store in New York. Prices for the watches range from $110 to $140, depending on the model.
