Formula 1 and LVMH Announce 10-Year Global Partnership Starting in 2025

October 11, 2024 (V SHADES) – Formula 1 and LVMH have announced a 10-year global partnership that will begin in 2025. Under the agreement, several of LVMH’s brands, including Louis Vuitton, Moët Hennessy, and TAG Heuer, will participate in the collaboration.

The partnership will be launched as Formula 1 prepares to celebrate its 75th anniversary. LVMH plans to contribute to Formula 1 through hospitality, custom activations, limited-edition products, and specialized content, according to the company.

Greg Maffei, President and CEO of Liberty Media, commented on the significance of the agreement, stating, "LVMH and Formula 1 are two global brands that consistently push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. We were thrilled to work with one of the LVMH Maisons during the Las Vegas Grand Prix last year, and to now expand our relationship with the Group as they become a Global Partner."

LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault emphasized the alignment between the two organizations, saying, "The people, the quest for excellence, and the passion for innovation are at the heart of the activity of our Maisons and Formula 1. In motorsport as in fashion, watchmaking or wines and spirits, every detail counts on the path to success."

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, echoed the sentiment, explaining, "Our sport is founded on the relentless pursuit of excellence, a value that also lies at the heart of LVMH. This partnership will enhance the experience of our fans and contribute to the heritage of our sport."

Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH Watches, described Formula 1 as "one of the most desirable sports in the world" and expressed excitement for the upcoming seasons, stating, "With our Maisons and the expertise of our Group, we want to further grow this experiential dimension that Formula 1 provides all over the world."
